Game Set up

I thought it might be interesting what my game-place/set up would be like, I always get inspired when searching game room-tours on youtube :3 one of my guilty pleasures. Now I thought: why not show mine, altho' it's just a corner of game room not a whole room :( I wish....

The only console that is still missing is my WII, because of christmas and new year I moved to the other room that way we could play on the WII. 

So First there is (in the first picture:) the PS2 then the Xbox360 underneath that the PS1 and then my PS3 and then games of my WII and Xbox360

in the second picture; my NES, Nintendo 64 underneath my SNES with super gameboy and my 

Nintendo game cube. I actually wish I could store the games differently because in my opinion it's not very flattering like that but maybe that's just the girl part in me ? lol. The bright shines on the top 3 consoles are actually led lights, and are coming in all the boxes, but very soon some changes are coming to my room (big plans) and my bed moves so I actually will be able to put a sofa in front so I can finally play the WII and PSmove and Kinect properly, because lets be honest one a bed playing action games, that's not it :p And sometimes I feel so watched by the camera's haha. But At the moment that's my set up. Now I'm trying to organize my games and put them into 1 file so I can look them up which one I have or if I am at the store that I know what I have. It isn't the first time that I came home with double games, whoops.

I'm always curious in seeing other game rooms/set up, you can always show yours !!! cheers!

The Hobbit

The hobbit: An unexpected journey

has finally reached it's ways to the cinema (for some time now)

And I must say, IIIIIIIIIIII love it ! 3 movies for one little book, I don't quit get that, but I think Peter Jackson knows what he is doing, and I can't wait for the next movies!!

Anyone went to see the movie aswell ? What did you think of it ?

I love all the drawfs, they are awesome ! and I think a lot of woman agree that Fili and Kili are the cuties of the bunch, lol. Really loved that Frodo had his bits into it again. I'm currently only somewhat half way in the book so I pretty much should continue reading hehe !

Black DS case

Today I got my very first BLACK DS case game. Yeah to some that might be totally normal but here in Europe there are all clear. So When I had the opportunity to get one, I bought it, after some googling I think I found out what's what.

The black cases are most common in USA and Japan, but Europe didn't follow the black cases and got the clear-cases. I've noticed the black ones are slimmer and smaller in comparison to the other. Some people don't even know there are clear cases and some don't know there are black cases, some even think if it is not a their common case it's fake, there probably are some fake ones in everything but now we know ^^.

So the game I bought is:           Chrono Trigger !!! Originally for the Super nintendo but since that is hard to find or going for a crazy amount I found the DS version plus my super nintendo is not very adjusting to my TV, probably because it's a flatscreen, that's the only reason I have for it...
As the black case is supposedly a USA version, I was kinda scared it wouldn't work on my DS, even tho' I checked. But all things well IT WORKED! And kinda feels nostalgic and I like it. I hope I will make some time to play it. I also like the soundtrack and the one of Chrono Cross too !

If you don't know what Chrono Trigger is ;
Chrono Trigger is a RPG game developed and published by Square Soft (now under the name Square Enix) for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1995.

So basically you are playing with Chrono, the hero of the story. Crono is the silent protagonist, characterized as a fearless young man who wields a katana in battle. You later on meet Marle and Lucca. As I've heard from friends and around, it is a game worth playing !

Lollipop chainsaw

So I was browsing through some clips of conventions that happened recently at the other end of the world (America :D) and some people were talking about 'Lollipop Chainsaw' and how awesome it looked and a lot of guys were going on about it and first reaction that came to mind was; how can those two words be combined in a title for a game? Right :D? So I did a little browsing on le web and found out the following:

After seeing the clip the only thing I could think of is: this is Harley Quinn in a kind of normal version of herself still being all crazy and stuff, while diggin' deeper I found out Tara Strong is the voice actress of the main-character: Juilet, while she also did Harley Quinn in 'Batman Arkham Asylum', that explained a lot !

So this game is in a nutshell about; A teen cheerleader who has a hidden 'occupation'  as a zombie slasher, but that's not the weirdest thing there is a lot more to be discovered about the blond slasher cheerleader but that I will leave for you to explore yourself ;)

The release dates are in June 2012, And in europe it's coming out around June 15th 2012. Well  this looks very promising to me! Can't wait !



Edit: Yeah, I played it and I loved it, I mean it has some awesome achievements (some more perv :3) and yeah It's mainly cutting up zombies and all the rainbows that come along with it, but did I love it! One of my fav. games of 2012 for sure !
